How to Submit a Return or Warranty Claim 💌

  2. Share a Few Photos – Attach clear images of the item and any defect so we can quickly see what you’re seeing.

  3. We’ll Take Care of You – Our team will review your claim and find the best way to resolve it — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or another solution.

If the issue is confirmed as a garment defect:

  • Depending on the situation, you may need to cover shipping to Pretty-Z-Marr.
  • Once the defect is verified, we’ll happily refund that shipping cost in addition to resolving the issue.
